The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office announced second degree vehicular homicide charges have been filed against 30 year old Stephen Sirch of Vorhees in connection with a fatal accident that occurred in June. He was involved in a crash on the Black Horse Pike on April 3rd in Hamilton Township that killed a woman from South Jersey. Authorities say Sirch was speeding at the time of the accident.
