Just a year after making a splash on Wildwood’s restaurant scene, The Rook is looking for a new owner with an asking price of nearly four million dollars. The turnkey listing on Pacific Avenue includes the underlying real estate, business equipment, and liquor license. While public records show the property was purchased for seven hundred fifty thousand dollars in late 2024, the current owners say they are simply testing the market and will remain open through the fall season.
