The City of Wildwood is inviting qualified development firms to submit proposals for a multi-phase redevelopment project on a city-owned property located at 525 West Spicer Avenue. Officials are looking for conceptual plans for the nearly three-and-a-half-acre Back Bay site, noting that the city’s current redevelopment plan could be amended based on the ideas received. Developers interested in managing the project and its required infrastructure improvements must submit their qualifications to the city by 3:30 p.m. on August 25th.
