Gusty winds from Tropical Storm Debby could impact the Jersey Shore as early as Thursday evening. The deadly storm came ashore in Florida this morning and is expected to snake northward close to the shoreline of the eastern United States. There is rain in the forecast later this week from Debby, but the timing and amounts have not been determined.
