59 year old Lisa Monzo has been convicted on charges of animal cruelty stemming from when she used to live in Galloway Township. Monzo has been convicted on five counts of animal cruelty charges for not providing care for a dog, two cats and two birds. Authorities say the living conditions were deplorable with no food nor water provided to the pets. She will be sentenced in September.
