Wonderland Pier Owner Says “If someone wants to buy it, I would absolutely sell it tomorrow”

During a public meeting designed to discuss the building of Eustice Mita’s proposed boardwalk hotel with over 250 rooms, Mita, owner of ICONA Resorts, said “If someone wants to buy it, I would absolutely sell it tomorrow” while discussing the topic with a local resident opposed to the hotel.
